We have put together some commonly asked questions we’ve received over
the years to help you get started.

  • What are your most popular styles?

    Great question! It really comes down to personal preference but a few of our most popular styles are our Signature Jacket, Evolution and Onyx Windbreaker Jackets, Pro Fit Shorts, Tapered Joggers, Strappy Sports Bra, Custom Backpack and our Custom Slides.

  • How does dye-sublimation work?

    In order to create our fully custom garments we use a printing process called dye-sublimation. Our garments start out in a solid white fabric. Once your design is completed it is then printed onto special transfer paper. We then use a heat press to transfer the ink on the paper to the garment we are creating.  You can check our dye-sublimation video for a better understanding.

  • Do you carry boy or male styles?

    Of course, we have many options throughout our Evolution, ONYX and Street Collection. Search by “Shop Gender” to see all of our male options.

  • Can I see some samples before I decide to move forward?

    Of course! We have a $100 sample deposit fee that is required and once the samples are returned we will refund the $100 in full. We cover the shipping to and from, so there is no cost to you.

  • How do I purchase my one-time design fee?

    All design fees and orders are placed online.  Get started here

  • How long does it take to receive my first few designs?

    You will receive your first set of designs within 24-36 hours. This may change depending on the volume of design orders and peak seasons throughout the year.

  • How long does it take to create my custom design?

    This may vary depending on the amount of revisions to the design, but we factor in anywhere from 2-7 days on average for designing.

  • Do you have any set up or printer fees?

    We have a one-time design fee per style, that range between $30 – $100 depending on the garment. Other than that we have no printer, set-up or color fees on any of our styles.

  • Is there an option to size our kids?

    We do have sizer sets available in most of our styles. There is a $100 rental fee associated with our sizing sets which includes a full size run of any two styles. We highly, highly recommend this, especially for first year clients.

  • What is your smallest size? Largest?

    Our smallest size is Children’s 4 and our largest size is Adult XXL. We do carry Adult XXXL in our jackets only.

  • Do you have sizing charts?

    We have sizing charts for all of our styles.  Checkout our  Fit Guide

  • Which styles can we personalize with a name?

    You are able to add individual names to our Evolution Collection jackets, Backpacks and Duffle bags.  We have recently added embroidered names on some Onyx collection jackets.

  • Is there a cost for names?

    Names are $10 extra per item.  You can have a mixture of names and no names on items, within the same order.

  • How long is your turnaround time once I place an order?

    Our standard production time once your order is placed is 6-8 weeks door to door.

  • Can my clients/parents purchase directly through you?

    We now offer two ways to sell your team wear.

    Option 1: Team Bulk Order:

    You as the team owner places and order through your account on the website.

     

    Option 2: Team Shops:

    You set up a team shop by filling out a simple form, selecting the open and close dates and which products/designs from your collection you would like to offer to your families.  It takes up to 2 business days once you have completed your form to receive your team shop URL, which you can share with your families.  Once your open date has arrived your students can order their team wear directly through Limelight.  We handle the payment and order processing for you.  Once your shop closes we send all orders from that time period to production and ship the order to your team location within our regular order time of 6-8 weeks.  Within your shop you can see who and what has been ordered, we also provide you with a kickback at the time your order ships.

  • Can I mark up my apparel to make money?

    This it totally up to you. If you’d like to use it as a revenue stream by all means mark up the styles as you see fit.

  • Do you offer embroidery or screen printing?

    We only offer embroidery and screen printing for select styles within our ONYX and Street Collections.
