ORDERING AND TURNAROUND TIME
All ordering is done online through your account on our website. Orders place March through September have a 6-8 week delivery, and orders placed October through February has an 8-10 week delivery.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express at checkout. All orders are paid in full upon checking out online. School purchase orders are welcomed. We are accommodating as we understand not all teams use credit cards for apparel transactions. Please speak with your Teamwear Consultant for alternative options.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Order size and weight play a factor in shipping costs. We advise clients to add roughly $3 extra to each garment ordered to most likely cover their shipping costs. All orders within North America are duty free. For International orders, duties may apply.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our Return Authorization page for full details.
